The free breakfast features many choices. The cleanliness impressed me a lot. I easily walked to the subway station. The hot chocolate bar was open all day. The kids enjoyed it. I liked that the staff was so nice.

the front desk staff acted like i was bothering them. they seemed annoyed i asked for towels. also, the ice machine on my floor was broken, it meant a long walk to another floor for ice. that was a major inconvenience, and i expected better for the price i paid.

the hotel offered a complimentary coffee and hot chocolate service throughout the day. the fitness center was open 24 hours, and i found that to be very convenient. i found vending machines available for late-night snacks. valet parking was a practical option, though street parking nearby was also accessible.
i noticed the air conditioning in one of the rooms was not as effective. the temperature difference between the two rooms was significant. this affected the comfort level, especially during warmer parts of the day.

the employees provided excellent assistance and were very helpful with directions. the staff handled luggage storage securely after checkout, giving guests a ticket for retrieval and this allowed for carefree exploration before heading to the airport.
